BUS AGREEMENT 2011-2012

Transportation is to the Forbes Recreation Center only. We are not responsible for children catching the bus. If they miss the bus, it is up to the parents to get them to the Recreation Center.

This transportation is not affiliated with the county school system.

Rules:  In order to insure the safety of all children, Assured Transportation reserves the right to discontinue service to any child that refuses to follow the rules listed below.  Any unruly or disruptive behavior is cause for dismissal from the bus.

• Keep seated at all times while the bus is moving.
• Keep arms and head inside windows at all times.
• Students must be on time.  The bus can not wait on those who are tardy.
• No eating or drinking on the bus.
• The driver is in full charge of the bus and students must obey the driver

Fees:  The cost is $500 per child per year. The first payment of $100 is due before or on the first day of school.  Monthly payments of $50 are due starting October 1, 2011 and ending May 1, 2012.  Please mail a check on the 1st of each month to the office at the address below or call to use a credit card.   If payment is not received by the 5th of the month a $20 late fee will be assessed.  Returned checks will carry an additional charge of $20.
